To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, please review the following policies: Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is my top priority—I want you to love your enhancements! If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of your appointment so we can schedule a time to address any concerns. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens, and I understand emergencies arise. However, last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking available time slots. •24-Hour Notice: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. •Last-Minute Cancellations or No-Shows: These will result in a non-refundable charge for the full service amount. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. •Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in incomplete service or, in some cases, the appointment being canceled. •If the appointment cannot be completed due to tardiness, you will still be charged for the time and products prepared for your service. Appointment Confirmations To avoid miscommunications, please double-check and confirm your appointment details ahead of time. Repeated No-Shows or Cancellations After 3 consecutive same-day no-shows or cancellations, you will no longer be able to book appointments.
